Placing an Order
When you place an order with Pureamor, you agree to these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or abuse.
You agree that all information you provide, including your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details, is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.
U.S. orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment. International delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or delivery corrections.
Returns and Refunds
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
Shipping fees are non refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Subscriptions
Subscription orders are billed automatically every 30, 45, 60, or 90 days, depending on the selected plan.
You may cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged.

SMS and Marketing Communications
If you choose to opt in, you consent to receive marketing and promotional text messages from Pureamor.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates may apply.
