Pureamor currently ships within the United States only.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Orders over $50 qualify for free insured shipping.
Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate of $5.95.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Pureamor is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
Return requests must be submitted within the 14 day window

Non Returnable Items

Opened, used, or altered products are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
