How do I make a purchase?
Browse our collection, select your desired product, and add it to your cart. When you are ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout. This email includes your order number and a summary of your purchase.
If you do not see the confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at info@pureamor.com and we will be happy to help.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at info@pureamor.com and we will do our best to assist. Once an order has shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Can I change my billing address after placing my order?
For security reasons, billing addresses cannot usually be changed after an order has been placed. The billing address must match the information on file with your payment provider at the time of purchase.
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@pureamor.com. While we cannot guarantee changes to billing details, we will do our best to review the order and assist where possible.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, billing information cannot be modified.

We currently ship within the United States only.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders over $50 ship free.
Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5.95.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after shipping.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non refundable.
